- Candidates submit 03 sets of documents printed, photographed on A4 paper, bound, with table of contents and page numbers at the School's Personnel Organization Department.

- Candidates access the website of the National Council for Education and Training at:http://hdgsnn.gov.vn/ungvien/and follow the instructions to register and submit the Application for recognition of meeting the title standards (Form No. 1, Appendix II, Decision No. 37/2018/QD-TTg, dated August 31, 2018 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on standards and procedures for considering recognition of meeting the title standards of Professor and Associate Professor; procedures for considering cancellation of recognition of titles and dismissal of Professor and Associate Professor titles).
