Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister, the National Steering Committee for the prevention of acute respiratory infections caused by the new strain of Corona virus, based on the conclusion of the meeting of the Steering Committee for the prevention and control of acute respiratory infections (Covid-19) of VNU on March 9, 2020, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities requests heads of units to immediately perform the following tasks:
1. Do not organize for students and postgraduates (collectively referred to as students) to study in lecture halls from March 9, 2020 until further notice, and at the same time implement online teaching and learning. The task of implementing online teaching and learning at units needs to have a long-term plan, be implemented seriously, methodically, and ensure quality and efficiency. 2. The schedule of general subjects for students at the Center for Physical Education and Sports; Center for National Defense and Security Education is POSTPONED until further notice. Notice to students of the unit (currently in Hanoi) to LIMIT movement and contact, especially AVOID moving out of Hanoi.
3. Require civil servants, public employees, and employees of the unit to self-identify their contact groups (F1, F2, F3: according to the attached appendix) and proactively declare detailed information (full name, address, phone number, contact history, time, location...) to:
- Medical staff of the ward or commune where you live for consultation and quarantine monitoring (centralized for F1; at home for F2 and F3);
- Work unit, to compile the list and send a report to the Steering Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities via email address: [email protected], [email protected] phone: 0243 8583800)before 5:00 p.m. on March 9, 2020, Monday.
Individuals in the above group should proactively implement self-isolation measures according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health; regularly monitor their health status as well as that of those they have been in close contact with, and promptly notify the unit's Steering Committee for Disease Prevention and Control.
During the 14-day quarantine period (from the date of contact), if symptoms such as cough, fever, chest pain, shortness of breath, sneezing, runny nose, body aches appear, report to the medical facility of the ward or commune where you live or the Ministry of Health hotline (1900 3228 and 1900 9095) and notify your work unit for medical assistance.
4. Continuously update the situation and number of individuals of the unit in related groups (F1, F2, F3) and promptly report to the Steering Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
5. Require all civil servants, public employees and employees of the unit to proactively implement measures to prevent and control the epidemic; strictly comply with State regulations on speaking and providing information; do not spread information of unknown origin or not verified by competent authorities.
6. Maintain stability of the unit, continue to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control solutions at the agency and unit, especially requiring wearing masks and washing hands with antiseptic solution.
