2. Admission information:

Candidates who have submitted their application and reached the admission threshold after adjusting the admission score threshold will be admitted.from Monday, August 24, 2015 (during business hours)at room 102, building G, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi). Candidates can come to enroll without waiting to receive the notice by registering to receive the notice at the School (See instructions in section 3).

Note: Candidates can see the list of candidates who have reached the admission score threshold at 5:00 p.m. on August 23, 2015.

Admission documents include:

1- Notice of passing the entrance exam to regular university in 2015: original and 03 photocopies.

2- Identity card: 01 notarized photocopy and original for verification.

3- High school diploma (or equivalent) or temporary graduation certificate (for candidates graduating in 2015): 01 notarized photocopy and original for verification.

4- High school transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy (or confirmation from the school where graduated) and original for verification.

5- Birth certificate: 01 certified copy or 01 notarized photocopy.

6- Permanent residence registration: 01 notarized photocopy of the household registration book and the original for verification (for cases of enjoying regional priority according to permanent residence registration).

7- CV according to the attached form (Download here), with a photo stamped and certified by the local authority or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.

8- Certificate of eligibility for social policy priority (if any).

9- CV and Party and Youth Union activity transfer papers (if any).

10- Temporary absence registration form issued by the ward (commune) police station with a photocopy of the ID card (for students who need to register for temporary residence).

11- For men of military service age: Certificate of military service registration, Military service transfer certificate and Information declaration form (according to the attached form orDownload here).

12- 02 3×4 photos and 01 6×9 photo, taken within 1 year of admission.

3.2 Candidates register to receive notice at the School by logging in to the address below to register.before 11:00, Monday, August 24, 2015

When arriving at the School, the reception staff will send the notice to the candidate. For candidates who register to receive the notice at the School, the Admissions Council will not send the notice by post.

3.3 Candidates are required to have a high school diploma (or equivalent), high school transcript (or equivalent), birth certificate, household registration book (if eligible for regional priority according to permanent residence) to be admitted. Candidates must supplement any missing documents within 15 days after the date of admission.
