Notice of receiving application documents for regular university admission, round 2, year 2015

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3100/DHQGHN-DT dated August 25, 2015 of the Director of Hanoi National University on approving the plan for regular university admission round 2 in 2015, the Admissions Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the plan for regular university admission round 2 in 2015 as follows:

1. Candidates for admission

Candidates have attended the first and second university level competency assessment exams in 2015 organized by Hanoi National University.

2. Admission criteria and score for receiving application documents

(*) Including priority points for subjects and regions (if any).

Note:Based on the number of candidates registering for the second round of admission to each major and the number of candidates actually enrolled in the first round, the Admissions Council can adjust the allocation quota between majors to suit the reality within the total quota of the school.

3. Apply for admission

3.1 Application form

3.2 Nộp hồ sơ đăng ký xét tuyển

– Nộp trực tiếp: Thí sinh nộp vào giờ hành chính các ngày trong tuần (bao gồm cả ngày thứ 7 và chủ nhật) tại Phòng Đào tạo Trường Đại học Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn (Phòng 604, Nhà E, số 336 đường Nguyễn Trãi, Thanh Xuân, Hà Nội).

– Nộp bằng chuyển phát nhanh qua bưu điện: Thí sinh gửi hồ sơ đăng ký xét tuyển về địa chỉ Phòng Đào tạo Trường Đại học Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn (số 336 đường Nguyễn Trãi, Thanh Xuân, Hà Nội).

3.3 Lệ phí đăng ký xét tuyển: 30.000đ/hồ sơ.

Candidates submitting their application by post must pay the fee via the postal service.tự trả phí dịch vụ.

– Candidates submitting their application directly must pay the fee at the application collection location.

3.4 Time to receive application documents: From August 26, 2015 to 5:00 p.m., September 1, 2015.

Note:The list of candidates registered for the exam is updated at 8:00 p.m. every day from August 27, 2015 to August 31, 2015.

4. Admission method

– The list of successful candidates for each major is considered based on the total score of the competency assessment test and priority points for subjects and regions (if any) from high to low until the quota is filled.

– Each candidate can register for admission to 3 majors of the School in order of priority. If they are not admitted to the first priority major, they will be considered for the second and third priority majors if there are still vacancies in this major.

5. Regulations for candidates when registering for admission

– During the prescribed time for receiving application documents, candidates are not allowed to submit application documents at 2 training units in VNU at the same time.

– During the prescribed time for receiving the application, candidates are allowed to withdraw their application once to adjust the registered major or to register at another training unit within VNU. Candidates who withdraw their application will not be refunded the fee paid.

Note:Candidates who come to withdraw their application must bring their ID card or other identification documents with a photo attached. If a relative comes to withdraw their application, in addition to their identification documents, they must bring the candidate's confirmation slip for submitting their application for registration.(Candidates download application form for withdrawal of registration here)

6. Deadline for announcing admission results

On September 5, 2015, the School announced the results of the second round of admission on the website:http://tuyensinh.ussh.edu.vn.
