Admission Notice for International Exchange Program at Udon Thani Rajabhat University, Thailand

1. Admission objects

Students and trainees of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities are not being prosecuted for criminal liability or are not being subject to disciplinary action at the level of suspension from school.

2. Program at Udon Thani Rajabhat University, Thailand

- Duration: 14 days (from June 30 to July 13, 2025) - Program content: visit some famous places in Laos and Thailand, learn about Thai language and culture, experience cultural activities such as: cuisine, martial arts, traditional Thai dance... After the course, students will be granted a Certificate of Program Completion.
- Program participation fee: 14,500,000 VND, applicable for groups of 30 people or more. This fee includes:
+ Fee for Udon Thani Rajabhat University: 6000 Thai baht (equivalent to 4,615,080 VND according to the exchange rate on April 10, 2025)
+ Fee for University of Social Sciences and Humanities: 9,884,920 VND
* The above costs include: tuition, dormitory fees, travel fees, tour insurance, fees to visit some places in Laos, meals on the way there and back.
* The above cost does not include: accommodation in Udon Thani, phone sim card and other personal expenses.

3. Application documents:

- Application form to participate in the program (according to the form with family confirmation);
- Copy of student card;
- Original passport valid for more than 06 months, at least 2 blank visa pages;
- For first time exit, it is necessary to provide a photocopy of the household registration book or residence information confirmation paper CT07;
- Copy of citizen identification card;
- 02 4 x 6 portrait photos taken within the last 3 months (write full name, date of birth, place of birth on the back of the photo).
