Admission for International Exchange Program at Kunming Metallurgical College and Honghe Academy – Chongqing University, China

1. Admission objects
Students, high school students, and students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities who are not being prosecuted for criminal liability or are not currently being disciplined at the level of suspension from school.
2. Program
2.1 Program at Kunming College of Metallurgy, China
-Time: 10 days (Expected from June 10 to June 19, 2025)
- Program content: learn about Chinese culture and art, experience AI, jade making and interior design, visit Yunnan Ethnic Village, enjoy special art performances... Certificate will be granted after completing the program.
- Program participation fee: 12,500,000 VND/participant (In words: Twelve million five hundred thousand VND), applied for groups of 30 students or more, including:
+ Fee for Kunming Metallurgical College: 2,400 CNY (equivalent to 8,600,000 VND according to VCB bank exchange rate on April 15, 2025: 1 CNY = 3,587 VND);
+ Fee to University of Social Sciences and Humanities: 3,900,000 VND.
* The above cost includes: Two-way car transfer (from University of Social Sciences and Humanities 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi to Kunming Metallurgical College, Kunming, China and vice versa), tuition, dormitory, insurance, two-way shuttle bus to visit Kunming ancient town, entrance ticket to Yunnan Ethnic Culture Village, ticket to see art performance in Kunming.
* The above costs do not include: Visa, meals, phone card and other personal expenses.
2.2. Program at Honghe Academy - Chongqing University, China
- Time:14 days (Expected from 01/07-14/07/2025)
- Program content: learn about paper cutting art, Chinese tea ceremony, experience Honghe Zhou cuisine culture, Jianshui pottery village, Hongyadong ancient town, Three Gorges Museum, Chongqing People's Liberation Monument... Certificate will be issued after completing the program.
- Program participation fee: 20,000,000 VND/participant (In words: Twenty-two million VND), applied for groups of 30 students or more, including:
+ Fee for Honghe Academy and Chongqing University: 4,563 CNY (equivalent to 16,367,000 VND according to VCB bank exchange rate on April 15, 2025: 1 CNY = 3,587 VND);
+ Fee for University of Social Sciences and Humanities: 3,633,000 VND
* The above expenses include: Car transportation (from University of Social Sciences and Humanities 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi to Hong Ha Academy, Mong Tu, China), high-speed train ticket (from Hong Ha Academy, Mong Tu to Chongqing University), plane ticket (from Chongqing - Noi Bai Airport), tuition, dormitory, insurance, bedding fee, hot water card fee.
* The above costs do not include: Visa, meals, phone card and other personal expenses.
3. Application documents:
- Application form to participate in the program (according to the form certified by the family representative);
- Application for study/exchange abroad (according to the form certified by the Faculty currently studying);
- Copy of student card;
- Copy of ID card/citizen identification card;
- Original passport valid for more than 06 months, at least 2 blank visa pages;
- For first time exit, it is necessary to provide a photocopy of the household registration book or residence information confirmation paper CT07;
- 02 white background portrait photos, size 48mm × 33mm, taken within the last 3 months (full name, date of birth, place of birth must be clearly written on the back of the photo).
