Admission to the VLVH system of LTH & QTVP in Hanoi, 2012

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi organizes the second round of part-time university admissions, course QH-2012-X, majoring in Archival Science and Office Administration, with a quota of 80 students.

I. Admission objects

Officials, civil servants and other members who fully meet the requirements to take the university entrance exam according to the Training Regulations of Hanoi National University and the current Regulations on part-time university admission of the Ministry of Education and Training.

II. Diploma and entrance exams

1. Exam eligibility: Candidates must have one of the following diplomas: High school, Cultural supplementary high school, Professional high school, Vocational high school, College and must pass the entrance exam including 03 subjects of group C (Literature, History, Geography) according to the High school program. 2. Exam exemption: Those who have a university degree.

III. Procedures for issuing documents

The application documents are issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The time for issuing and receiving applications is from July 11, 2012 to September 15, 2012. Candidates buy and submit applications at the Training Department (non-formal department), University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU. Application documents include: 1. A set of application documents certified by the agency or locality, with a photo attached and a seal on the edge. 2. A notarized copy of the graduation certificate (high school, high school, vocational college, college). 3. A notarized copy of the university graduation certificate with transcript (for those exempted from the exam). 4. A notarized copy of the birth certificate. 5. A notarized copy of the priority certificate (if any) 6. A confirmation of employment at the agency (if any). 7. 03 color photos 3x4 cm, with full name and date of birth written on the back. 8. Two stamped envelopes with clear address and contact phone number (postage stamp 2000 VND).

IV. Exam time

Exam date: October 20 - 21, 2012 Priority policy in admission: Candidates in priority categories will enjoy priority according to the current Regulations on work-study admission of the Ministry of Education and Training according to the region and the subjects registering for the exam. For priority categories by region, it is determined by the place of work, place of permanent residence registration, or place of study and high school graduation, depending on which region has the higher priority. (Article 6, Chapter I, Regulations on university admission for the VLVH system issued under Decision No. 62/2008/QD-BGDDT dated November 25, 2008 of the Minister of Education and Training). Candidates with multiple priority criteria will only enjoy the highest priority. Priority certificates must be submitted once in the application; additional submissions after the exam will not be accepted for priority consideration.
