1. Admission objects:

- Officers and employees currently working in the field of administration - office, document - archive at state agencies, business organizations or individuals who need to change jobs to the field of office administration, document - archive.

- Students of secondary schools, colleges and universities (especially students preparing to graduate, who need to work in business offices, state agencies) and organizations and individuals who need to improve their knowledge of Administration - Office and Document - Archive.

2. Time and place of study:

- Study time: Weekday evenings or on Saturdays and Sundays.

- Study location: University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City.

3. Application documents:

- Course Registration Form (according to form)

- Identity card, student card (photocopy).

- 4 x 6 portrait photo (full name, date of birth, place of birth must be clearly written on the back of the photo).

4. Application submission time:

Continuous monthly enrollment, submit application during office hours on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

6. Tuition:

- 2,900,000 VND (Two million nine hundred thousand VND)/01 student/01 course (including certificate fee). Students pay for their own accommodation and travel expenses.

- 20% discount for full-time students of Secondary, College and University schools nationwide.
