BM Political Science: General Information

The Faculty of Political Science, formerly the Department of Political Science, was established in 1995. It is a unit under the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, to meet the needs of society for human resources with specialized training in Political Science - those who are capable of researching and practicing politics, and have the ability to work in fields requiring an understanding of Political Science. From the 2005-2006 school year, the Faculty began training masters and doctors in two majors: Political Science and Ho Chi Minh Studies. From the 2008-2009 school year, the Faculty began training undergraduates in Political Science. In 2012, the first class of students of the Faculty (QH.2008-CTH) graduated.
