Associate Professor, Dr. Le Ngoc Hung (Institute of Sociology, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration) in the report "Requirements for high-quality human resources of the labor market in Vietnam: From the current situation to the Law on Higher Education" proposed the idea that the solution to link training with the labor market must come from analyzing the requirements from the labor market and the solution must be institutionalized into a new law to have a quick and sustainable impact. The report emphasized: the draft Law on Higher Education (which has been reviewed and included in the construction roadmap by the National Assembly) needs to be drafted and implemented to develop higher education to meet the needs for university degrees of the majority of individuals, families, organizations and social communities, developing education on par with, or even surpassing, the requirements of the country's socio-economic development in the period of industrialization and modernization. Dr. Pham Manh Ha (Faculty of Psychology - University of Social Sciences and Humanities) proposed a number of solutions to improve students' ability to find jobs: in addition to professional and specialized knowledge, students need to be equipped with additional social knowledge and skills to be able to easily integrate into the labor market right after graduation; skills training programs should be organized regularly and with quality from the first year to the fourth year with training content arranged according to the nature of each school year; skills training programs should be added to the main curriculum, taught by professional lecturers in teaching skills... In addition, many other ideas were also discussed, discussed, and proposed solutions to link training with the labor market in the actual conditions of Vietnam.
