This is a prestigious university training institution that provides you with comprehensive knowledge about the Eastern region. The Faculty has 5 majors: Japanese Studies, Chinese Studies, Southeast Asian and Australian Studies, Korean Studies, and Indian Studies. At the Faculty of Oriental Studies, you will learn comprehensive knowledge including: history, culture, literature, geography, economics, politics - diplomacy of those countries. In particular, you will learn unique foreign languages (Thai, Malay, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi and Persian in your native country) to enrich your future career. Curriculum: Modern, updated, systematic. Those are the main features of the Faculty's program. Not only does it have standard curriculum, the Faculty also continuously receives support in terms of curriculum and research materials from universities in the region. The Faculty's Korean major is responsible for coordinating with Korea to develop a standard training program on Korean studies in Vietnam. Students majoring in Japanese can study online (e-learning) with professors from the University of Tokyo... Scholarships, study abroad scholarships, and overseas internships are the outstanding attractions of the Faculty. The Faculty has cooperative relationships with dozens of universities in the region (Peking University, Tokyo University, Seoul University, Chulalonkon University...). Every year, students of the Faculty receive many scholarships from partner universities, embassies or foreign enterprises. In particular, the scholarships to study abroad are very diverse in duration, with levels ranging from exchange, undergraduate to postgraduate study.
