The scientific research conference of students of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication was a great success.

Award-winning students take souvenir photos with teachers

The conference found the most outstanding works out of a total of about 130 reports of this school year. The two works that won first prize were titled "Current Affairs - Thoughts on Tuoi Tre Newspaper from a comparative perspective with other genres with similar topics" by the group of authors Le Phan Quang Ninh - Do Huy Ngoc; "Characteristics of graphic information in current affairs programs" by the group of authors Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai, Vu Thi Thanh Mai.

Two second prizes were awarded to the reports "Celebrities in the press and their impact on Vietnamese youth" by Nguyen Thi Kim Thao, Vu Thanh Huyen, Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh and the report "Hai Phong tourism images in newspapers and electronic news sites in 2014" by Pham Thi Huyen. In addition, the conference also awarded two promising prizes, three third-prize research projects and six consolation prizes.
