On September 16, 2009, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities awarded a grant of 5 million VND to the Hoa Da Club. This is a gift from the Golden Digital Media Company to encourage and support disabled students to try harder in their studies and lives.
At the meeting, the club members shared with the teachers the difficulties they encountered, and expressed their determination to always study well and live more positively and integrated with the community.
Hoa Da Club is a club for disabled students under the Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, established on March 18, 2009. The predecessor was the Hoa Da Group under the Student Team doing Social Work. Currently, the club has 54 members, including 20 members and 34 volunteers. The purpose of the club is to create an organization representing disabled students in the school, a place for students with disabilities to exchange, learn, and help each other, helping them have better learning conditions, be more confident, and actively integrate into common activities. The club has cooperated with many clubs and organizations inside and outside the school to organize regular meetings with many different topics: learning methods, scientific research, career guidance, etc.
