The opportunities and challenges of the journalism industry in the face of the explosion of artificial intelligence were discussed in many aspects at the seminar "Who is a journalist? Where is journalism going when AI is increasingly good at creating content?". The seminar took place on the morning of April 8 at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) attracting more than 300 experts, journalists, researchers, lecturers and students. The event was co-organized by the Institute of Journalism and Communication Training, the Digital Cafe Club (CFS), the Institute for Policy Studies and Media Development (IPS) and VietTimes Magazine.

(SVVN) On the evening of March 24, 2024, the Final Night of USSH Gralent - Beauty and Talent in Humanities 2023 took place successfully. After many rounds of competition and surpassing many contestants, Vu Bao Ngan (born in 2005), a student of K68, Institute of Journalism and Communication, was officially crowned the noble title, becoming Miss University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH Gralent).

Within the framework of the course "Organizing and managing content of printed and electronic magazines" taught by Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, students of the Institute of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities visited the Vietnam Press Museum to learn about the history of formation and development of the country's revolutionary press.

(SVVN) Le Nguyen Cam Ly (2003) is currently majoring in Journalism at the Institute of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi. Thanks to her hard work and training, she has achieved the title of '5 Good Students' at the Central level and received the 'January Star' Award in 2023.

With a passion for writing since childhood, Master Phan Thanh Thuy has pursued journalism since she was in secondary school. After studying at the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, she became a journalist working at the Vietnam Education Electronic Magazine, and was also a guest lecturer at the old faculty (now the Institute of Journalism and Communication), bringing knowledge, enthusiasm and experience to generations of students.

(SVVN) - With a score of 9.8/10, Phuong Anh is the student with the highest graduation thesis score at the Institute of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) in the first batch of 2023. The thesis topic comes from her great love for her homeland Vietnam, for the decent education and diverse cultural identities that she has experienced.

(SVVN) Mai Thi Ha Thu (born in 2001) is a final year student at the Institute of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Coming from the "red phoenix flower" land of Hai Phong, although small but "powerful", thanks to her diligence and constant efforts, Ha Thu has achieved many outstanding academic achievements. With a spirit of learning, a kind heart and a sharp mind, she decided to test herself by registering to participate in the Miss World Vietnam 2023 contest.
