- Analyze the impacts of the National Language Propagation Association on Vietnamese society such as: eliminating illiteracy, popularizing the National Language, eliminating backward customs; impacting the revolutionary movement of 1939 - 1945, most directly the famine relief movement in the North and the general uprising to seize power nationwide.

- Analyze the reasons for the success of the Association, in the context of being restrained by the ruling government.
