The thesis has systematized the basic theoretical issues on the message of overcoming the consequences of toxic chemicals after the war in Vietnam in the Army press, including the core concepts: "Message", "Toxic chemicals after the war", and "Army press". Through the analysis of the articles, the thesis has assessed the current status of conveying messages on overcoming the consequences of toxic chemicals in the Army press, focusing on four main aspects: the Party and State's guidelines and policies; the role of the Army in overcoming activities; the impact on the lives of victims of toxic chemicals; and programs, events, and propaganda activities.
Based on the analysis of the current situation, the thesis points out some existing problems, such as: information on policies and guidelines has not been highlighted; the approach to the topic is still biased towards movement activities and lacks depth in sustainable solutions; the form of message transmission has not made the most of the characteristics of modern journalism.
From there, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of message transmission in the Army press, including: diversifying topics and approaches, expanding the exploitation of economic, social, and environmental aspects in the work of overcoming consequences; increasing the use of multimedia and interactivity in propaganda content; and promoting surveys to better meet the information needs of readers, especially those directly and indirectly affected by this issue.
The results of the thesis not only clarify the current situation but also contribute practical solutions to improve the quality of messages on the issue of overcoming the consequences of toxic chemicals after the war in the Army press.
11. Practical application:
Improve the quality and effectiveness of messages on overcoming the consequences of toxic chemicals after the war in Vietnam in the Army press to increase public awareness, especially those directly and indirectly affected. Thereby, contributing to calling for the cooperation of society and the international community in supporting the victims, while improving the effectiveness of propaganda on the policies and guidelines of the Party and State in this field. Furthermore, improving the message will help affirm the role of the Army not only in protecting the Fatherland but also in humanitarian activities, contributing to the sustainable development of the country.
12. Further research directions:
From the issues that have been surveyed, analyzed, and evaluated on the current status of messages on overcoming the consequences of toxic chemicals after the war in the Army press, it is possible to expand the research towards building a long-term communication strategy on overcoming the consequences of war in other types of press. In addition, research on methods to optimize the application of modern technology in conveying messages, as well as learn more about how to approach affected subjects to improve communication effectiveness and the humanity of content in the Army press.
