The topic has summarized and systematized the theoretical basis, identified and selected 9 factors affecting the quality of accommodation services and determined that customer satisfaction is the factor measuring the quality of accommodation services of the Muong Thanh hotel system in Ha Long. From there, the topic has established a research model including 10 standards and 63 criteria to evaluate the impact of factors on the quality of accommodation services of Muong Thanh hotels in Ha Long. Based on the established research model, the topic has qualitatively analyzed the factors of the external environment and the internal environment affecting the quality of accommodation services of Muong Thanh hotels in Ha Long destination through secondary data.
