When implementing the topic "Communication on administrative reform in Binh Phuoc press", based on the analysis of related concepts, the author of the thesis objectively assesses the current status of information on administrative reform in Binh Phuoc press. Thereby, improving the quality and effectiveness of information and propaganda on administrative reform in Binh Phuoc press.
Based on the established theoretical foundation of journalism and administrative reform, the author of the thesis conducted a field survey at the selected press agency, BPTV - Radio and Television Station and Binh Phuoc Newspaper, from November 1, 2019 to December 30, 2020, with the print newspaper Binh Phuoc Newspaper and the IT Today Program (television type). In addition, to have a more objective perspective on the research issue, the author of the thesis conducted a survey to collect opinions from a number of subjects related to administrative reform.
Through observation, research and survey, the author found that Binh Phuoc press has informed and propagated fully, promptly and accurately the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and the Government's overall administrative reform program for the period 2011-2020. At the same time, it recorded the thoughts and aspirations of all classes of people, published, transmitted and broadcast on newspapers and radio, helping the leadership agencies and administrative units at all levels to implement administrative procedures, remove difficulties and obstacles as well as make timely adjustments to improve the quality of administrative reform.
Binh Phuoc press also pays attention to performing the function of social criticism and promptly praising typical examples in administrative reform and building e-Government. The form of information in Binh Phuoc press is quite vivid, attracting the public to watch, listen and read. From there, it contributes to improving the effectiveness of information and propaganda, performing well the function of orienting public opinion, encouraging agencies, organizations, business communities and people of all walks of life to participate in implementing well the regulations on administrative reform...
Based on the survey and analysis of the advantages and limitations of Binh Phuoc press on administrative reform, and at the same time predicting and evaluating administrative reform issues in the coming time, within the framework of the thesis, the author has proposed a number of specific solutions and recommendations for relevant agencies to further improve the effectiveness of information and propaganda in the field of administrative reform, and building e-Government in Binh Phuoc press.
