The thesis analyzed the content and form of messages about reading culture on electronic newspapers. At the same time, pointed out the advantages, characteristics, and roles of electronic newspapers with messages about reading culture, thereby giving some recommendations and proposing solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of message communication about reading culture on electronic newspapers.

Practical applicability: The thesis is meaningful to two groups of industries: first is the press and media management agencies, press and media agencies in general and electronic newspapers in particular in orienting and implementing the work of communicating reading culture messages to the community effectively.
