Main research directions

In scientific research, the Faculty of History takes basic science as the foundation and first of all serves the compilation of textbooks, lectures, and improves the quality of training. The Faculty also constantly strives to expand the scope of research and serve social needs, closely and harmoniously combining basic science and applied science. Scientific research topics therefore span all areas of history and gradually expand to the fields of cultural studies, cultural management and heritage. A strategic issue identified by the Faculty of History from the beginning is to closely combine training and scientific research. In that spirit, scientific research activities are identified by the staff in the Faculty as a key task, in addition to training activities and community service.
