The machinery and equipment systems serving the High School Student Competency Assessment Exam are ready.
Specific information is as follows:
1. For exam periods 214, 215 and 216, registration has not yet opened.
Due to the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, the VNU Examination Center has temporarily not opened the registration portal for the High School Graduation Exam for the new exam sessions 214, 215 and 216 as planned. The registration schedule for the new exam sessions will be announced before June 20, 2021.
2. For candidates who have successfully registered for exam sessions 211, 212 and 213
To ensure safety against Covid-19, the VNU Examination Center will conduct the National High School Exam under social distancing conditions.
2.1 Contestants under social distancing conditions:
a) Candidates who have successfully registered for one of the exam sessions 211, 212, 213;
b) Currently living in an area with no F0 cases, Covid-19 outbreaks or cases that have been confirmed by health authorities to be cured, or an area that has been released from quarantine/lockdown;
c) Not being an F1 or F2 subject in the Covid-19 epidemic as of May 15, 2021.
d) Candidates who are not eligible to take the exam during the quarantine period in June 2021 will take the exam when they meet the above conditions or when the Covid-19 epidemic in the community is controlled. Note: The exam shift registration software will filter and block candidates who do not meet the exam conditions and will only allow them to take the exam when the quarantine period is over or the Covid-19 epidemic is controlled.
2.2 List of candidates eligible to register for social distancing exam shifts:
VNU Examination Center filters the list of candidates who meet the conditions stated in sections 2.1.a, 2.1.b and enters it into the exam shift transfer system at chuyencathi.dgnl.edu.vn;
Candidates whose names are on the list stated in section 2.2.a and who meet condition 2.1.c will change their exam shifts to take the National High School Exam under social distancing conditions.
2.3 Procedures for registering for exam shift transfer:
a) The VNU Examination Center plans to organize the examination days under social distancing conditions for each examination period. Candidates of examination periods 211 and 212 can register to change their exam shifts at chuyencathi.dgnl.edu.vn from 9:00 a.m. on June 5, 2021. Candidates are allowed to change shifts on the same day or on a different day before the exam shift transfer system closes the gate.

b) The software controls the number of candidates for each exam session (maximum 9-10 candidates/session) and the time to enter the exam room to ensure that no more than 10 candidates are present in the candidate reception area.
c) 03 days before the exam date, VNU Examination Center will provide detailed instructions on exam procedures for candidates including health declaration, 5K message, items to bring into the exam room, and notify candidates' family members to limit their presence in the exam area. Candidates must strictly follow the instructions of VNU Examination Center before arriving at the exam location.
d) The registration time for each exam shift is adjusted to suit the actual situation, the area where the candidate lives, and the epidemic prevention area.
2.4 Exam schedule under social distancing conditions:
The exam will be held on multiple days a week from June 10 to June 30 at the VNU Examination Center (125/260 exam machines) and the University of Technology (125/250 exam machines). The schedule for registering for exam shifts and organizing the exam is expected as follows:

The exam time may be adjusted or stopped depending on the development of the Covid-19 pandemic. Candidates (batch 211-213) who do not register for the exam during the above period will continue to take the exam in July 2021.
2.5 Reception of candidates:
At one time (exam session), the exam site receives a maximum of 9-10 candidates to complete the procedures for the National High School Exam under social distancing conditions. Candidates arrive at the exam site on time and complete the procedures to enter the exam room according to the registered exam turn, keeping a distance of 2.0 m. Exam procedures: disinfection; body temperature check; submit health declaration; present ID card/citizen ID, exam registration form; listen/watch instructions to enter the exam room. Candidates are required to wear masks from the time they enter the exam area.
Candidates showing symptoms related to the Covid-19 epidemic may be required to undergo a rapid test for SARS-nCoV-2 virus at the examination site's medical room before entering the examination area.
Candidates who have registered to change exam shifts but do not attend the exam will be considered to have dropped out.
2.6 Candidates taking the test:
Candidates read the instructions at the exam location, check the scratch paper, receive the exam account form, log in to the exam account, and minimize close contact with the exam invigilator.
The history of operations and all actions of candidates in the examination room are controlled and recorded by the computer. The examination room has a surveillance camera system.
At the end of the test or after submitting the test, the computer screen will display the test score. Candidates must leave the scratch paper and the test account form at the test location and sign the test attendance list before leaving the room as instructed. The test score certificate will be sent to the candidate's mailing address.
3. Organize centralized exams after the Covid-19 outbreak
Based on the epidemic prevention situation, the Testing Center will organize centralized exams immediately after controlling the Covid-19 epidemic. The scale of centralized exams is from 250-300 candidates/exam session/exam location.
