Attending the meeting, on behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, there were Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of the University, along with representatives of the Department of Cooperation and Development, Department of Training, Department of Scientific Research Management, Institute of Journalism and Communication Training, Faculty of Philosophy, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Center for Vietnamese Language and Culture.
On the side of Hong Ha Academy, there were Mr. Tran Ke Duong - Vice Principal, along with representatives of leaders, staff, lecturers of the Institute of Industry and Trade, the Institute of National and Regional Studies, and the Institute of Journalism and Propaganda.
At the meeting, the two sides discussed the following issues:
- Organize the Conference "Forum of Rectors of Universities in the Red River Basin" chaired by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU in 2025.
- Experience in student and lecturer exchange cooperation between the two schools in the past and directions and plans for cooperation in the future. In particular, focusing on solutions to improve the effectiveness of cooperation between the two sides.
Speaking at the meeting, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities emphasized: Student and lecturer exchange cooperation is an important activity contributing to improving the quality of training and research of the two universities. VNU-USSH is committed to creating favorable conditions for students and lecturers of Hong Ha Academy to participate in learning activities, academic exchanges, and research activities at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU.
Mr. Tran Ke Duong - Vice Principal of Hong Ha Academy also expressed his wish: The cooperation between Hong Ha Academy and VNU-USSH will be increasingly strengthened and developed. We believe that the cooperation between the two schools will bring many benefits to students and lecturers, contributing to the common development of the two schools.
At the end of the meeting, both sides agreed:
- Continue to strengthen cooperation in student and lecturer exchange between the two schools.
- Expanding cooperation areas in language training, culture, journalism - communication, philosophy, etc.
- Create favorable conditions for students and lecturers to participate in training cooperation, research and academic exchange activities.
The meeting between Hong Ha Academy and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU took place in an atmosphere of cooperation and friendship. Both sides believe that the cooperation in student and lecturer exchange between the two schools will be increasingly strengthened, contributing to the common development of the two schools and academic exchange between Vietnam and China.
Previously, in June 2023, a delegation from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, led by Associate Professor Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Rector, visited and worked at Hong Ha Academy. The two sides agreed to restart many cooperation projects after the recovery period after Covid - 19.
