Strive for work
Working in the educational environment is always something very glorious but also not without hardships. If each university lecturer only contacts hundreds of students, then for Mr. Dinh Quang Hung, the number is up to thousands. His work is not without difficulties and pressures. But with a deep love for the profession, he is still willing to take on key tasks in the school's training activities: arranging timetables according to the registration wishes of the entire school's students, advising the Department leaders on the school's training plans, university admissions, graduation for full-time university students, exam schedules, monitoring the school year plan, allocating reasonable timetables for students... Many times, this specialist with the heart of a teacher had to think a lot. He confided:“For me, students are like younger siblings who come after me. In a big environment like university, in addition to studying, they are also busy with other activities. Sometimes, these students and those students need advice and support to improve their studies. I always want to contribute my efforts to help them grow up.”
MSc. Dinh Quang Hung - Training Department specialist, Outstanding Young Face at the grassroots level for 2 consecutive years (2013-2014)
Always contribute and learn
Every time he receives the title of “Outstanding Young Face”, Mr. Hung feels the need to make more efforts in his career. Although he has a Master’s degree in Psychology, his main job is related to educational management. On the other hand, working far from his family, he lacks the close affection of his relatives. There are times when he thinks that work is the only ideal of his life. Perhaps that love for his family is always combined with the desire to contribute so that he can complete the assigned tasks well.. “Doing training work, especially credit training, what I do has a direct impact on students. Therefore, if I don’t love the job, don’t consider, don’t learn, then certainly the work efficiency will never be high” -teacher confided
