(SVVN) - With a score of 9.8/10, Phuong Anh is the student with the highest graduation thesis score at the Institute of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) in the first batch of 2023.
