University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the plan to organize the Opening Ceremony of the 2011-2012 school year.1. Time: 8:30, Saturday, September 10, 2011 2. Location: Cultural Hall of Me Tri Student Dormitory Center 3. Participants: - All school staff and volunteer lecturers. - Standing Committee of the School Youth Union, Secretariat of the Student Union, Secretary of the Union Branch, President of the Union Branch are students. - Representatives of the Class Executive Committee of the course, Executive Committee of the Youth Union Branch, Executive Committee of the Student Union Branch; all awarded students; representatives of foreign students (Faculty of Vietnamese Studies sends 10 students, Faculty of Linguistics sends 10 students); 10 students of international joint training programs sent by the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Training Cooperation. - Students of course QH-2011-X (number of each faculty see the appendix attached to the official dispatch)
Note:
- Students must be present from 7:30 am, and staff must be welcomed from 8:00 am. - All delegates attending the opening ceremony must be dressed appropriately. - When sending students for the QH-2011-X course, units must not send students who register for the English test to be exempted from studying and accumulate credits at the same time.
