- Submit application at the Department of Education and Training: The school sends the candidate's exam result notice to the Department of Education and Training where the candidate submitted the application.
- Submit application at University of Social Sciences and Humanities (code 99): The school will send the candidate's exam result notice to the candidate's address written on the envelope enclosed with the application.

Information for candidates passing the 2011 regular university entrance exam
- Admission time: 8:00 a.m., Sunday, September 4, 2011
- Location: Building G, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi
- When you come to enroll, you must submit:
- Notice of admission for successful candidates in 2011: original and 03 photocopies.
- High school diploma or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy and original for verification or Temporary graduation certificate (original) for candidates who graduated from high school in 2011.
- High school transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy or confirmation from the school where graduated and have the original for verification.
- Birth certificate: 01 notarized photocopy.
- CV according to the attached form, with a photo stamped and certified by the local authority or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.
- Certificate of eligibility for social policy priority (if any).
- CV and Party and Youth Union transfer papers (if any).
- Temporary absence registration form issued by the ward (commune) police station, accompanied by a photocopy of the ID card (for students who need to register for temporary residence).
- Military service registration transfer paper (for men of military service age).
- 10 3x4 photos and 02 6x9 photos, taken within 6 months of admission date.
- Amounts:
- Student card and documents fee: 50,000 VND
- Tuition (provisional payment): 700,000 VND
- Health record and medical examination fee: 30,000 VND
- Dormitory fee (for students eligible to stay in the dormitory): 90,000 VND/month.
- Temporary residence registration (for students staying in dormitories): 50,000 VND
- Health Insurance (voluntary): 210,000 VND/1 year
- Personal insurance (voluntary): 150,000 VND/4 years.
