Total duration 35 credits (See details here), is allocated as follows:
- Basic course: 18 credits.
- Supplementary courses: 12 credits.
- Extracurricular activities and assessment of learning outcomes: 05 credits.
3.1. Time: 04 months, from May to August 2013.
3.2. Study location: at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, No. 336, Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
3.3. Learning form:
- Class: there will be a specific plan when class starts.
- Self-study documents according to instructions.
- Develop lesson plans and conduct other extracurricular activities.
Professors, associate professors, doctors, experts in Ho Chi Minh's ideology research from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration and other agencies in the Central and Hanoi.
5.1. Application documents include:
- Copy of University Diploma (notarized);
- Copy of university transcript (notarized);
- Official dispatch to study from the management agency (if any);

Students graduating in 2013 need confirmation from the training institution; upon completion of the course, students must submit a copy of their diploma and university transcript to be eligible to receive the Certificate.
