 The seminar is a forum gathering scientists and experts from universities, research institutes, research centers, scientific associations of Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Germany, France to discuss issues related to the agricultural production situation of Vietnam and Southeast Asian countries in the context of climate change and the Covid-19 pandemic; issues of socio-ecological transition and policy implications.
