Webinar “Understand to grow”

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a serious impact on all aspects of life, including the mental health of the community. Many studies have shown that participants have symptoms of stress, anxiety disorders and moderate or severe depression due to the impact of Covid-19. Through the studies, the authors also emphasized the need for mental health services, especially for vulnerable populations, and strengthening social capital to reduce the adverse psychological impact of outbreaks. Mental health care is not only emphasized during the pandemic but also needs to be included in future mental health crisis management strategies.
With that in mind, the Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Social Sciences organizes a series of Webinars “Psychological and social support for the community” with the desire to bring professional knowledge into practical life, contributing to preventing, supporting and improving mental health for the community. The first Webinar with the theme “Understanding to grow up” aims to support students in shaping their values ​​and managing their emotions on their path to adulthood.
