Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021 of the Prime Minister stipulating the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions in the national education system and policies on tuition exemption, reduction, support for learning costs; service prices in the field of education and training;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2342/QD-XHNV-KHTC dated July 22, 2016 of the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on regulating tuition fees for all training systems and levels for foreigners;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2440/QD-XHNV dated July 7, 2023 of the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on regulating tuition fees for all training systems and levels for foreigners;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2439/QD-XHNV dated July 7, 2023 of the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on regulating the tuition fees for postgraduate study for Vietnamese people.
The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the plan to temporarily collect tuition fees for the 2023-2024 academic year as follows:
1. Collection rate:
1.1. For Vietnamese students and postgraduate students
- Master's training: 18,000,000 VND/student/year
- Doctoral training: 30,000,000 VND/PhD student/year
1.2. For foreign students and PhD students
1.2.1. Course QH-2022-X and earlier
- Master's training: 52,140,000 VND/student/year
- Doctoral training: 55,385,000 VND/PhD student/year
1.2.2. Course QH-2023-X
- Master's training: 67,500,000 VND/student/year
- Doctoral training: 90,000,000 VND/PhD student/year
1.3. For tuition extension:
Students and postgraduates who have overdue deadlines and have a decision from a competent authority to extend their studies must pay an extension tuition fee equivalent to 100% of the tuition fee/year according to the level and training field of the student or postgraduate during the extension period.
* The school will announce the list of students and PhD students along with tuition fees, student codes, and PhD student codes on the school's website and the email of the training assistants of the faculties (For students and PhD students who still owe tuition fees up to this point).
2. Tuition collection deadline:
From 11/01/2023 to 11/24/2023.
3. Collection form
- Students and postgraduates pay through the School's account:
- Account number: 1003646101 Saigon-Hanoi Bank (SHB), Nguyen Trai Transaction Office, Tay Hanoi branch.
- Beneficiary: University of Social Sciences and Humanities
When submitting a student application, the student must fill in the full remittance information in the following format: [Student Code, Student] [Full Name] [Major] [Course] Tuition
Example: 22035001, Nguyen Van A, Journalism, University 2022, tuition fee
* Payment of tuition fees is the obligation of every graduate student and doctoral student. Only graduate students and doctoral students who have completed payment of tuition fees will be included in the list of candidates for examinations and defense.
* For students and PhD students who have completed the standard training period and have not completed the thesis or dissertation defense, they must pay an extension fee so that the School can make a decision to extend the training period according to regulations.
Heads of units are requested to notify, urge and remind graduate students and doctoral students of their units to comply with training regulations and complete tuition payment within the prescribed time limit.
