- Business license;

- 03 similar contracts;

- Financial reports for 3 consecutive years 2020, 2021, 2022;

- Payroll statements of at least 10 employees who have paid insurance for 3 years or more;

- Operation plan if winning the auction;

- Certificate of deposit for participation in the auction in cash or bank guarantee letter;

4.2. For individuals, the profile includes:

- Photocopy of citizen identification card (notarized);

- Health certificate (within the last 6 months);

- CV (with confirmation from commune or ward);

- Operation plan if winning the auction;

5. Time, place of sale and receipt of auction documents:

- Time: From 8:30 a.m. on November 14, 2023 to 4:30 p.m. on November 24, 2023.
