1. Conditions for transfer considerationPursuant to Article 28 of the Regulations on Postgraduate Training at Vietnam National University, Hanoi - issued under Decision No. 1555/QD-VNU dated May 25, 2011 of the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.Note: Students graduating from high-quality training programs, international standard training programs of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, will receive 1 additional point for advanced subjects and additional subjects, the additional point will be calculated into the cumulative average score.2. The transfer application file includes:(Each student submits 02 sets of documents)

• Summary table of conditions for birth transfer and application for birth transfer (according to form);
• Notarized copy of university diploma and transcript (or graduation certificate if not yet awarded a degree);
• Thesis evaluation minutes, which clearly states that the Council agrees to allow the student to transfer and the instructor's comments, which clearly state that the instructor agrees to allow the student to transfer;
• Notarized copy of Foreign Language Certificate (issued by National University);
• Research outlines and scientific works, articles published in specialized journals (for transfer students);
• Resume;
• 03 3x4 photos and 03 envelopes with stamps and clear address;
• Health certificate from general hospital (within 6 months).
