On December 5, 2012, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh and representatives of the Faculty of Oriental Studies received Mr. Shoji Sato, representative of the Association for Bookkeeping Promotion in Viet Nam (ABPV).
On December 5, 2012, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh and representatives of the Faculty of Oriental Studies received Mr. Shoji Sato, representative of the Association for Bookkeeping Promotion in Viet Nam (ABPV).During the meeting, Mr. Shoji Sato expressed his goodwill to open a short-term course in accounting for students majoring in Japanese Studies at the University. This is a subject that helps students majoring in Japanese Studies at the University increase their chances of finding jobs in Japanese companies. Mr. Shoji Sato shared: When it comes to accounting, everyone thinks of studying math, but that is not the case, students majoring in social sciences and humanities can absolutely study it. And students with average or higher Japanese proficiency can also participate in these courses. Welcoming the proposal of ABPV, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh affirmed: Students majoring in Oriental Studies always have the top university entrance exam results in the whole university, so they are completely capable of studying these courses. After the meeting with the University's Principal, Mr. Shoji Sato and representatives of ABPV will have a discussion with teachers and students of the Japanese Studies department.
