Rector Pham Quang Minh works with universities in the Russian Federation

Six universities of the Russian Federation visited the University of Social Sciences and Humanities during this visit: Kazan Federal University, Tampov State University, Crimean Federal University, Far Eastern Federal University, Tomsk State University, and RUND University.

Also receiving the delegation were leaders of the Departments of Political Science, Psychology, International Studies, Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language and the Department of Religious Studies. These are also the fields of study that Russian universities are particularly interested in and wish to establish cooperative relationships with the University. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with Tampov State University.
