The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is the leading unit in VNU in implementing training quality assessment activities as an important solution to improve training quality.
In 2012, the School achieved the Quality Accreditation Certificate (cycle II) granted by VNU with 60/61 criteria meeting the standards. Regarding the assessment of training programs, the School has assessed the training programs in Tourism Studies, History, International Studies, Archival Studies and Office Management according to VNU standards. In 2013, the School completed the assessment of the Bachelor of Linguistics program according to the standards of the Southeast Asian University Network (AUN). Regarding subject assessment, in the past 5 years, the School has processed more than 100,000 student assessment forms for nearly 700 subjects. In addition, the School established the Advisory and Training Support Group (CASA) with the task of implementing consulting and supporting activities for teaching and learning. With the above activities, the quality assurance and quality culture have become a permanent awareness and regular activity of staff, students and trainees of the whole school.

In the coming time, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities aims to: continue to build a stable and sustainable quality culture environment; maintain and improve the quality of training quality assurance activities and aim for regional and international standards; increase the number of training programs accredited according to national, AUN Network and international standards; strengthen post-accreditation activities and develop a quality culture. It is expected that by 2020, 100% of the University's training programs will be self-assessed and accredited according to VNU standards, 100% of training programs under strategic tasks will be accredited according to AUN standards, and 100% of subjects will receive feedback from learners.
