Opening of the “One Belt – One Road” field trip and experience program

From November 5-12, 2017, a delegation of students from Guangzhou University (China) visited the University of Social Sciences and Humanities within the framework of the field survey program "Belt and Road Initiative".

During their time here, Chinese students will visit some famous tourist destinations and traditional craft villages of Vietnam in Ha Long, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Hanoi... and participate in exchange activities with Vietnamese students.

The focus of the Guangzhou student delegation's activities to learn about Vietnamese culture, history and society is to attend a series of lectures on:Vietnam Economy,Overview of Vietnamese history,Vietnamese culture: traditional and modernTaught by leading professors of the School. The course is conducted in English.

This is the second time that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has welcomed and designed specialized courses for Chinese students under the “Belt and Road Initiative” program. In August 2017, the University welcomed students from Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, and Jiangsu Normal University (China) to exchange and study.

Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh - Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, on behalf of the school's leaders, welcomed students from Guangzhou University (China)

The Principal briefly introduced the history of the school's development and wished the Chinese students memorable experiences during their field trip and research in Vietnam.

Students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and students of Guangzhou University interacted with each other through artistic performances.
