The Organizing Committee requests that all units participate in the rehearsal and competition on time. Any unit that arrives late will be disciplined according to the Competition rules. For the performance on November 17, 2012, the Organizing Committee requests that all units do the following:
- 13:30: Executive Committees of the Departmental Unions and Heads of the competing teams are present at the Me Tri Dormitory Cultural House to attend the Opening Ceremony of the Competition;
- 19:00: Executive Committee of the Departmental Unions, Heads of the competing teams are present at the Me Tri Dormitory Cultural House to receive souvenir flags; 22:00 announce results and award prizes;
- Each unit mobilized at least 100 students to attend and cheer for the contest.
Units are requested to send representatives to receive the Contest prizes. Any unit absent from the Award Ceremony will have its prize revoked.
