Students of course QH-2018-X enroll

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kim (Party Secretary, Vice Principal of the School) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Principal of the School) and representatives of the leaders of the units were present to welcome the students and direct the reception of new students.

As in previous years, to quickly and effectively implement the reception and admission procedures, the School has arranged and organized the division of areas and rooms in a flexible and scientific manner.

Before enrolling, new students are assisted by volunteer students to arrange and prepare necessary documents. After that, new students will move to the training room area to receive the admission letter before going to fill out the admission documents at each department's office.

The Student Affairs Department also supports in resolving policy issues when students enroll, and is also the focal point for arranging a reception area with sunshades, tables, chairs, and adequate drinking water for parents and students upon enrollment.

The Youth Union and Student Association of the School sent members to enthusiastically participate in welcoming parents and new students. This year, the Union and Association also designed leaflets with information about special activities in this semester so that new students can easily access the activities of the Union and Association.

It is known that right after the admission ceremony, from August 20 to 27, new students will begin to participate in the integration week. At the same time, they will also have a health check, complete the work related to student procedures, elect class officers, establish temporary branches and associations, and initially learn about the training programs of the faculty and industry.
