The 5th Congress of the Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Term 2010-2012) took place in the context of many important events for the country, the capital and the University: The University is preparing to organize the 26th Party Congress, towards the 65th anniversary of the University's founding, the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi, the 11th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The 2010-2012 term of the Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is the time when the Association and the student movement operate entirely under the conditions of credit-based training. This continues to be a challenge and also an opportunity for the University's youth to promote their creativity and pioneering spirit, actively contributing to building a university learning environment with a long-standing tradition towards modern knowledge.
