The Ministry of Science and Technology would like to announce the method and plan for selecting organizations and individuals to preside over Science and Technology tasks under key State-level Science and Technology programs implemented in the 2013 plan.1. The selection method is implemented according to the guidance in Circular No. 08/2012/TT-BKHCN dated April 2, 2012 of the Ministry of Science and Technology on the selection and direct assignment of organizations and individuals to preside over the implementation of scientific research and technology development topics, state-level experimental production projects and Circular No. 09/2012/TT-BKHCN dated April 2, 2012 of the Ministry of Science and Technology on the selection and direct assignment of organizations and individuals to preside over the implementation of state-level social science and humanities research tasks. 2. The selection dossier is prepared according to the unified form issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology attached to the above Circulars. 3. Place of receiving dossiers: Ministry of Science and Technology, 113 Tran Duy Hung, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. 4. Deadline for receiving documents: Application documents for selection can be sent by post or sent directly to the Ministry of Science and Technology (via the Administrative Department of the Ministry's Office). The deadline for receiving documents is 17:00 on July 25, 2012. Documents sent by post will be counted according to the postmark of Hanoi Post Office no later than July 25, 2012.
