Firstly, analyze and clarify the socio-economic, scientific and ideological conditions for the concept of human rights in modern Western European philosophy.
Second, present and analyze the basic content of the concept of human rights in modern Western European philosophy such as: the right to life, the right to freedom and equality, the right to private property, etc.
Third, analyze the mechanism of ensuring human rights in modern Western European philosophy.
Fourth, evaluate the value, limitations and some suggestions of the above concept of human rights with the implementation of human rights in Vietnam today.
