Associate Professor, Dr. Trinh Thi Linh, Head of the Department of Psychology, suggested: The school needs to announce early about the work-study enrollment plan in 2024 in early October so that the department can proactively assign staff and organize training right at the end of 2024, not making students wait until early next year.
Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Kim Oanh, Head of the Department of Religious Studies, shared concerns about assigning staff to participate in guiding graduate students and the department in charge of postgraduate training has specific instructions on how to evaluate scientific works so that the Department can determine which staff are qualified to participate.

Based on the training practice at the Faculty, Dr. Le Thi Thu Giang, Head of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, suggested: The school should divide the majors earlier to avoid the situation where students, after studying for 1 year, are not able to study the major they love and are good at, and some students may ask to drop out of school.

Based on listening to the opinions exchanged from Vice Principals, representatives of functional departments and training units, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan concluded:
- Request Party cells to review and standardize Party work, ensuring strict principles and compliance with regulations. Party cells check and complete documents/files on Party work, preparing for the working session with the School Party Committee in October 2024.
- Accelerate the standardization of management processes and organization of postgraduate training according to the regular university training model: assign the School's Training Department to be the focal point for managing and organizing training of general subjects at postgraduate level, and units in charge of specialized subjects. Conduct reviews and make arrangements for administrative staff to participate in postgraduate training assistant work at training units.
- Promote the development of new training programs, integrating majors and postgraduate training fields. However, the opening or integration of new majors and fields needs to pay special attention to the human resource needs of society and on the basis of orders from state agencies/enterprises.
- Recommend that heads of units pay more attention and be more proactive in effectively implementing post-graduation survey activities, serving quality assessment and other related activities.
- Urgently complete the review of documents supporting international publication and international publication rewards; propose plans to supplement/adjust policies and methods to support and reward international publication.
- Promote the development of textbooks and monographs, especially for subjects with limited and outdated teaching and reference materials. The school has developed a mechanism and committed to investing funds, creating conditions and providing maximum support for the compilation of textbooks. It is recommended that heads of units widely disseminate and encourage lecturers and scientists to focus on this work.
- Continue to propose scientific and technical research directions, topics, and quality improvement initiatives closely linked to expertise, focusing on innovating modern teaching methods, updating the latest research achievements, and building electronic lectures.
- Renovation and refurbishment of facilities: implemented in a spirit of urgency, safety, economy and minimizing impact on the daily activities of lecturers, staff, students and trainees.
