On March 1, 2023, Hanoi National University approved the enrollment quotas for member schools, faculties, and affiliated units. According to Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU, the number of quotas increased (320) compared to last year, and will be allocated to 27 training majors of the university.
In the 2023 academic year, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will maintain stable enrollment according to 5 methods: Direct admission and priority admission according to the current enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; Direct admission and priority admission according to specific regulations of VNU; Admission based on valid competency assessment test results (ĐGNL) organized by VNU; Admission based on international language certificates and other international certificates; Admission based on high school graduation exam results in 2023.
From the 2022-2023 school year, each year, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will award 45 scholarships for 9 basic science majors, including Literature, History, Philosophy, Han Nom, Religious Studies, Political Science, Anthropology, Vietnamese Studies, and Linguistics. Each scholarship is worth 50 million VND/year along with many other incentives and support for studying.
