The program aims to proactively provide students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU with the latest information on changes in training regulations, learning activities as well as answers to frequently asked questions.
Starting from January 2024, the "Online Q&A for Students" session will be held twice a month (on two Wednesday evenings of the month, the Training Department will specifically notify students). Each session revolves around a "hot" topic of the month such as: changes in study regulations, issues regarding grades in January; foreign language output standards and academic review in February; exam schedule and exam issues in March; tuition fees in April. Each month's topic will be announced in advance to students so that they can prepare the content to be discussed.

Although it is a voluntary activity, the Training Department has recorded more than 500 students logging in within the first 3 livestream sessions. This shows the interest of students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the school's information as well as the enthusiastic response to the program "Online Q&A for students". Answering questions via live stream has brought a new approach for students to issues related to regulations and learning activities in the school, helping them to find information in a "proactive" way, saving time going to consult at the school's functional departments.
This is one of many new student support activities implemented by the Training Department to improve training quality as well as respond to the school's digital transformation policy.
The online Q&A program is also an opportunity to strengthen the relationship between students and the school, helping students' voices get closer to teachers. From there, functional departments will have the best support plan for students during their studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU.
The “Online Q&A for Students” activity is held at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday evening on the Zoom platform, which is very convenient for students to attend. Due to time constraints, the program may not answer all of the students’ questions. Therefore, to answer comprehensively, students are invited to submit questions via the link: https://forms.gle/3gGmHgGJK7vaxTCB6
The teachers of the Training Department always welcome comments, suggestions and feedback from students to improve the quality of the program.
