On May 11, 2009, the State Council for Professor Titles issued Notice No. 42/HDCDGSNN on the plan to consider the titles of Professor and Associate Professor in 2009.
The school requests heads of units to notify all departments and lecturers who meet the conditions and standards for the title of Professor and Associate Professor to know and register. The specific time is as follows:
- May 29: Deadline for candidates to register for the title of Professor and Associate Professor at the School
- June 19: Deadline for candidates to submit their application for the title of Professor or Associate Professor at the office of the National Council for Professors (candidates submit directly)
- June 30: Deadline for candidates to submit applications at the Council for Student Affairs
- From July 8 to August 10: The Council of Professors and Associate Professors considers and recognizes the standards for the title of Professor and Associate Professor.
- August 15: Deadline for the People's Council to transfer documents to the People's Council.
