Continuing the tradition, promoting the spirit of vanguard and volunteerism of young people in preserving, promoting and disseminating the cultural and historical values of the capital and the country, this year, the Youth for Humanities launched 2 teams with a total of 60 students from many training majors of the University. These are the core members of the Cultural - Historical Propaganda Club. These are all students with a sense of discipline, a high sense of responsibility; the ability to communicate in foreign languages and a passion for volunteer activities for the community.
In order to encourage and motivate the spirit of the school's youth, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kim personally attended the launching ceremony, shook hands and encouraged the school's students. This is a great source of encouragement for the youth of Humanities to continue to strive, promote and spread the spirit of Humanities, initiative, creativity, integration, and for the community.
Following tradition, this year, the Humanities team continued to march at two sites that attract a large number of domestic and international visitors: Thang Long Imperial Citadel and the Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities at the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam.
At these locations, students will volunteer under the direct management of the Management Boards with specific tasks: Propagating the cultural and historical values of the relics; supporting tourism services at the relics and scenic spots; supporting domestic and international tourist groups; participating in tourism activities and events in the city...
Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Tran Duc Hai (Director of Hanoi Department of Tourism) emphasized, "This is an activity to promote the spirit of volunteerism of young people in participating, preserving, promoting and promoting the cultural and historical values of the capital and the country to people across the country and international friends."
Comrade Hai also thanked the universities in Hanoi that sent students to participate; the relic site management boards coordinated to receive student volunteers.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Nguyen Duc Tien (Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Hanoi Youth Union) shared: “This activity is like the third semester of students. This is a great opportunity for you to put your knowledge into practice.”
Comrade Tran Duc Hai and Comrade Nguyen Duc Tien presented flowers to the captains of the Humanities team.
Comrade Tien hopes that this activity will spread the beautiful images of the capital's students, dynamic, proactive, ready to devote all their abilities and knowledge, contributing to building a rich and strong capital and country.

This is the third year the program "Each Youth Union member is an active propagandist for Hanoi tourism" has been organized. The activity "Supporting Thang Long - Hanoi tourism" is one of the activities of this program. This year, there are 300 students participating from the following schools: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU; University of Foreign Languages, VNU; Hanoi Open University, Capital University and Thang Long University. The volunteer students will work from now until the end of May.
