In order to assess the current state of education and training, it is expected that from December 26 to 30, 2011, Hanoi National University of Education will organize a scientific conference "Orientations for fundamental and comprehensive innovation of Vietnam's education". Teachers, scientists, managers, organizations and interested individuals can write scientific reports with the main content being the orientations for fundamental and comprehensive innovation of Vietnam's education from the following perspectives:
- Educational philosophy and educational policies and viewpoints of the Party and State
- Assessing the current state of education
- Reforming the education system
- Innovation and training of teaching staff and teacher training model
- Innovation in programs, content and learning methods
- Regarding education management (autonomy and responsibility of schools, especially universities), issues of profit, non-profit, market mechanism...
- The issue of equity in education
- Investing in education
- National tradition and educational integration
- Education laws and educational innovation options

Regulations: Each report must not exceed 3000 words, printed in A4 size; Times New Roman, size 13, Line spacing 1.3; Left 3.5 cm - Right 2.5 cm - Top 2cm - Bottom 2cm. The title page of the report must be in bold Times New Roman font, size 14, below the title must clearly state the full name, position, academic title, degree and working organization.
