Promoting cooperation with Phuong Dong Hospital Hotel Complex

Welcoming the delegation of the School, there were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet, General Director of Intracom Infrastructure and Traffic Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (the investor of the Phuong Dong hospital and hotel complex project); Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Thai Son, Director of Phuong Dong General Hospital and functional departments of the hospital.

At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh gave a basic introduction about the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU. He emphasized the opportunities for cooperation in the fields of training, research, and recruitment between the University and the Phuong Dong Hospital and Hotel complex.

Accordingly, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities can coordinate to implement training courses on Korean and Japanese; training to improve skills in psychology, sociology, communications, and hospitality for human resources; implement social research plans, provide data for companies, etc.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities has cooperative relationships with many prestigious universities in the world, can connect and expand three-way international relations, and increase the position of the unit.

In addition, the company can accept students with suitable majors for internships and practice.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet, General Director of Intracom expressed his joy when the Principal and the delegation of the University visited the company. The Phuong Dong Hospital and Hotel Complex is in the process of completion and will soon officially come into operation next month. General Director Nguyen Thanh Viet hopes that with the cooperation and support of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, it will contribute to the sustainable development of the complex.

After the working session, Director Nguyen Thai Son (Director of Phuong Dong General Hospital) led the delegation from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to visit the hospital's facilities.

It is expected that in early August, the content of the strategic cooperation agreement will be implemented.
