Receive and work with representatives of Sangmyung University (Korea)

At the meeting, Dr. Kim Chonghee briefly introduced Sangmyung University - one of the highly ranked universities in Korea. She expressed her desire to enhance cultural exchanges; open joint training programs, exchange students and scholars between the two schools, especially between the Family Welfare and Korean Language Education departments of Sangmyung University and the Sociology and Social Work departments of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. At the same time, she also proposed that the two sides jointly implement a "1+1" master's training program for Korean Studies.

On behalf of the School Board, Associate Professor Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa agreed with the above proposals and hoped that the two sides could soon sign a cooperation agreement. At the same time, the Vice Principal also hoped that the two sides could coordinate to organize international conferences in the future.

Sangmyung University, formerly known as Sangmyung Academy, was founded in 1937 and has been known as Sangmyung University since 1996. The school has two campuses in Seoul and Cheonan. Currently, Sangmyung University is considered the cradle of many famous actors, singers and athletes in Korea.
