Job Fair 2023 was organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU on March 26 as a large-scale Job Fair and Employer Connection Day, gathering 17 affiliated Faculties/Institutes/Departments, nearly 100 employers who are prestigious organizations and businesses, attracting thousands of students from the school and universities in Hanoi.
Attending the event were comrade Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Hai, Permanent Deputy Director of VNU; Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong - Vice Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Rector of the school along with a large number of staff, lecturers, students, and recruiters.
USSH focuses on career training, equipping students with in-depth knowledge and diverse skills.
Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan said that over the years, the school has always been committed to training high-quality human resources, strong skills, deep integration and stable career.

According to the survey results of job positions of students after 12 months of graduation, the rate of students with stable jobs is 92 - 93%; the rest are students who continue to study or study interdisciplinary fields. Graduates who go to work are all assessed as dynamic, flexible, have in-depth knowledge and diverse skills. Many students after graduation participate in working in the fields of science, state administration, work in famous corporations and enterprises, and there are also many students who are successful in starting a business.
Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan recalled the stories of USSH alumni, who are everywhere, successful in many fields and professions, and have many leaders and big CEOs in organizations and businesses. The success of USSH alumni is proof of the school's practical training orientation, suitable for the development needs of society.
What the school wants is that after graduation, students will find the best, most suitable and most favorite job position. Only then will the school's training activities be fully effective, and at the same time, students' career opportunities will be increasingly improved.
The Job Fair and Employer Connection Day is enthusiastically organized by the school in the context that in just over a month, about 1,700 students of the school will graduate. USSH Job Fair 2023 will create the best opportunity for students to approach employers and organizations, businesses with the opportunity to directly recruit high-quality human resources of the school.
Speaking at the event, comrade Le Quoc Minh affirmed: "The training and career guidance activities of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU over the past years have brought great values to students. Today, at the Job Fair and Employer Connection Day, students have been given many good opportunities, cultivating more knowledge and skills to prepare for the future."
Mr. Le Quoc Minh was moved when he relived the enthusiastic atmosphere of Humanities youth in student activities and talent performances. Mr. Minh said that a few decades ago, students had few information channels to find jobs, but today, with the school's career guidance activities and technology support, job opportunities and self-development of students have been opened up.

The 2023 Job Fair and Employer Connection attracted thousands of students from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and students from universities in Hanoi. Job interviews were held right at the booths of businesses, not only providing students with job opportunities but also providing rich practical experience, honing skills for USSH students to be confident after graduation.

With 29 booths, USSH Job Fair is a space to display training and scientific research products of the school and organizations and businesses, opening up nearly 1,000 job positions for students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities from nearly 100 recruiting units.
